Adjustments of pricing in raw materials, plating, etc. require that all prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
We hold the right to accept or reject orders.
All Spring Store orders are subject to review. If there are any price or quantity changes necessary to your order, you will be notified by the Acxess Spring team within 48 hours. Any shortages must be reported within 15 days, as is stated on invoice. We reserve the right to ship 10% over or under the total amount of pieces ordered on all custom spring shipments.
All first orders are charged by credit card (NO EXCEPTIONS). If customers wish to establish a net-30-day account, it must be upon the second order. Customers must request a credit application from Acxess Spring and get approval from Acxess Spring. Additionally, a valid credit card will be kept on file. In case an invoice is 30 days past-due, the credit card on file will be charged.
No merchandise admitted for return 15 days after the date the merchandise was delivered.
No credit allowed on merchandise shipped as ordered and sent back without getting an authorization number beforehand. In case of The Spring Store's error on shipping an incorrect part number, The Spring Store will request the customer to return the incorrect parts with an authorization number. The spring store will replace the incorrect part number only if the authorization number is provided beforehand.
No credit allowed on merchandise that has been damaged due to being submitted past its maximum safe travel considering solid height.
No merchandise admitted for return before 365 days since last/previous return. Customers are only entitled to 1 return per year. In case of The Spring Store's error on shipping an incorrect part number, The Spring Store will request the customer to return the incorrect parts with an authorization number. The spring store will replace the incorrect part number only if the authorization number is provided beforehand.
No returns allowed when it is a custom-made spring.
A 20% restocking expense applies to all returns of stock springs and transportation charges must be fully prepaid.
We hold no responsibility for springs plated or treated by customer.
All products will be held to The Spring Store standard tolerances (click here).

Springs are bulk packed. Due to physical dimensions, tangling may take place during transportation on wire diameters under 0.035" (0.889 mm). Please let us know if you would like to have special packaging. Special packaging requirements will be subject to additional handling charges. Charges for certifications may apply.
All merchandise is F.O.B. our plant, 2225 E. Cooley Dr, Colton, CA. 92324 Your order will be shipped via UPS when applicable. Outside the UPS zones, shipping will be made freight collect according to our best judgement unless specific instructions accompany order.
